Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer:

By booking our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that the required deposit is paid to reserve the agreed-upon event date and services. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation by the client does not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit.

Refund Policy :

Refunds are given only on the final deposit made.

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled by client. The client may reschedule the event, and provided the new event date is available.

The final 50% payment which is normally due 30 days prior to the event, will be fully refunded if payment has been made prior to the 30 day window.

If you cancel your event 30-15 days without rescheduling only 50% of the final payment will be refunded.

If you cancel your event 14-0 days without rescheduling, no refund will be given.

In the event Elite Bartending Services By Robert James is not able to service your event, and not able to reschedule, a full refund will be given.
