Cocktail Creations

Whether your preference is a traditional or flavored old fashion we can craft it just how you like. If you're into a little smoke we have that for you as well.

Crafted Old Fashions

Whether your preference is a traditional or flavored old fashion we can craft it just how you like. For a great Old Fashion I traditionally build it by muddling a few Luxardo cherries with a slice of orange peel, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a sugar cube with a splash of water in a mixing cup. There are some variations for this, instead of the orange peel, use orange bitters, and instead of regular bitters try a flavored bitters. Using your Bourbon or Whiskey of choice, I add it to the mix. Lastly I'll add some ice in the mixing cup and stir for about 10 seconds. Double strain that into a rocks glass with one large cube. To top it off we'll garnish with a couple of Luxardo cherries then express an orange peel over the drink, give it a quick twist around the rim, and set the peel in the drink. If you're into a little smoke we have that for you as well.

Relax and Enjoy!!

Crafting a great Margarita is all about using the right ingredients. People can argue about what tequila and orange liquor to use, and yes those do matter, but what else you use for the other ingredients is the key.
First is the sour mix, ok for batch margaritas, but other than that it should always be fresh lime juice. After that use a little agave to balance the lime juice.
When it comes to fruit flavored margaritas fresh fruit is always the best. Using a little puree or syrup is good, but shouldn't be the main flavor for the mix.
My other recommendations for the drink is substitute an orange for the lime when it comes to the garnish, use both if you like. For the rim the usual salt is good, or sugar for the fruit margaritas, but a great change is to use a mango/chili rimming salt.

Traditional and Exotic Mojitos

Experience the perfect blend of refreshing mint, crisp lime, and premium spirits. Whether you prefer a classic, authentic mojito or an exotic twist featuring fresh tropical fruits and unique infusions, we craft each drink with care to ensure a vibrant, invigorating taste in every sip.
One of my favorite variations is using a coconut rum with a little coconut cream. Malibu will work for the rum, but a great upgrade is Koloa Kauai. For an added tropical blast add some fresh pineapple when muddling the mint, lime and coconut cream.

Delicious Dessert Martinis

One of my favorite categories to create in is the Dessert Martini. This might have to do with my huge sweet tooth, and the fact the first cocktail I ever had was a Brandy Alexander(My Mom's favorite after dinner cocktail). From Espresso Martini's, Orange Dreamsicles, to Strawberry Shortcake Martini's, the after dinner dessert martini is a great way to finish the night. To take these to the next level add ice cream or sorbet.
My current favorite is a Creme Brulee Martini. It's a perfect blend of Vanilla Vodka and Liquor 43 Creme Brulee. Add caramel to the rim and dip in brown sugar, add whipped cream on top for a great finish to this decadent cocktail. For some added flair, sprinkle some brown sugar to the top of the drink and torch till crisp before adding the whipped cream.

Heaven in a glass!!

Refreshing Spritz

Elevate your experience with our Refreshing Spritz—the ultimate, vibrant cocktail that has become a modern favorite for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a light, effervescent pick-me-up or a sophisticated drink to sip on, our expertly crafted spritz recipes balance crisp botanicals, fresh fruit, and sparkling top-offs for a perfect, invigorating finish. The Aperol or the Hugo spritz is very popular, but one of my favorites right now is the Limoncello spritz. Fill a wine glass with ice, I like to use a combination of lemon vodka with Limoncello Liqueur. Then use a splash of lemon juice, fill with prosecco, top with a splash of sprite and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and lemon peel.
